Who we are

The gauge is the last word before a part ships.

We started as a trading company and became manufacturers because our customers needed one thing above all: gauges they could trust without a second thought. Today Accusize is synonymous with quality, precision and on-time delivery across India's engineering industry.

  • In-house grinding, heat & sub-zero treatment and finishing
  • Every thread gauge supplied with NPL or NABL test certificate
  • Standard shelf stock plus non-standard & special designs
Our story & capabilities
How gauging works

GO enters. NOT-GO stops. That's the whole decision.

A limit gauge doesn't measure a number — it makes a pass/fail call at the tolerance boundary. Toggle the gate below to see the acceptance rule every Accusize gauge is built to enforce.

GO gauge — must enter

Passes the complete length of the thread when screwed by hand, without excessive force.

NOT-GO gauge — must not

May not enter more than two turns from either end. If it engages further, the part is rejected.

Why buyers standardise on Accusize

Built for the people who sign off inspection.

Certified, traceable accuracy

Every thread gauge ships with an NPL or NABL test certificate, accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 — traceable to national standards.

The full standard library

DIN, ANSI/ASME, ISO, SAE, BS and JIS — metric, unified, pipe, taper, ACME, trapezoidal and plain, all under one roof.

Non-standard & special designs

Extra lengths, air grooves, pilots, depth steps and multi-start work — engineered when the catalogue doesn't fit.

Stock & quick-turn supply

Deep inventory and complete supply-chain control let us satisfy 97% of domestic requirements at the best delivered price.

Where our gauges work
