Gauges that decide
what passes the line.
Accusize manufactures thread and plain gauges to DIN, ANSI/ASME and ISO standards — each one supplied with NPL / NABL traceable test certification, so your GO / NOT-GO calls are never in question.
The gauge is the last word before a part ships.
We started as a trading company and became manufacturers because our customers needed one thing above all: gauges they could trust without a second thought. Today Accusize is synonymous with quality, precision and on-time delivery across India's engineering industry.
- In-house grinding, heat & sub-zero treatment and finishing
- Every thread gauge supplied with NPL or NABL test certificate
- Standard shelf stock plus non-standard & special designs
A gauge for every thread you make.
Ten gauge families spanning metric, unified, pipe, taper and special threads — plus plain plug, ring and snap gauges. Manufactured to the standard, certified to the micron.

Metric thread gauges
Thread plug and ring gauges for metric threads, GO / NOT-GO, manufactured to DIN ISO 1502.

Unified thread gauges
UNC / UNF / UN plug and ring gauges to ANSI / ASME B1.2, classes 2A and beyond.

Taper & NPT gauges
NPT taper thread gauges to B1.20.1, plus custom designs with air grooves, pilots and depth steps.

“G” pipe gauges
Parallel pipe thread gauges to ISO 228-2, tolerance classes A & B for plugs and rings.

ACME & Stub ACME
ACME and Stub ACME gauges, 2G as standard with 3G / 4G classes for reduced backlash.

Plain plug & ring gauges
Reversible and Trilock plug gauges in tungsten carbide & steel, to I.S., B.S. and DIN.
GO enters. NOT-GO stops. That's the whole decision.
A limit gauge doesn't measure a number — it makes a pass/fail call at the tolerance boundary. Toggle the gate below to see the acceptance rule every Accusize gauge is built to enforce.
GO gauge — must enter
Passes the complete length of the thread when screwed by hand, without excessive force.
NOT-GO gauge — must not
May not enter more than two turns from either end. If it engages further, the part is rejected.
Built for the people who sign off inspection.
Certified, traceable accuracy
Every thread gauge ships with an NPL or NABL test certificate, accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 — traceable to national standards.
The full standard library
DIN, ANSI/ASME, ISO, SAE, BS and JIS — metric, unified, pipe, taper, ACME, trapezoidal and plain, all under one roof.
Non-standard & special designs
Extra lengths, air grooves, pilots, depth steps and multi-start work — engineered when the catalogue doesn't fit.
